RMA Options

You may only obtain one type of RMA (refund or replacement) per RMA request. If you have one product you wish to return for a refund and another product from the same order that you wish to return for a replacement, you will need to submit two separate RMA requests.

 

RMA Refund

An RMA refund is a request for a refund of the purchase price (view warranty information). If the product you wish to return is defective, you may only request an RMA repair. You may be unable to obtain RMA Refund if the product you wish to return is either ineligible for refund or is beyond the allowed timeframe for a refund.

  • All RMA refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • If you wish to request an RMA for an item you purchased as part of a combo or bundle special, you'll need to return all items within that particular combo / bundle special.

 

RMA Replacement

If you receive a defective item and would like to exchange it for a replacement of the same make and model, apply for RMA Replacement. Most of our products, unless otherwise specified (view warranty information), can be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. Please note that all packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and/or documentation must be included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer, for your return to be processed.

 

Return Instructions

To obtain an RMA number

You may request an RMA Refund or an RMA Replacement in any of the three following ways:

1.- By simply writing us an e-mail at RMA@aminexus.com

2.- By logging on to your account with us, selecting the particular order under Completed (orders), and:

  • Either, selecting the Email button, to send us a E-mail Inquiry about that order and clearly state if you are seeking an RMA Replacement or RMA Refund, as well as the reason for the request;
  • Or, selecting the Re-order button, deleting from the cart the items you want to keep, selecting Checkout, providing a detailed explanation under Special Instructions and paying with account number RMAREPLACEMENT or RMAREFUND depending on whether you seek RMA for replacement or refund, respectively.

In bothe cases, please provide Aminexus with an adequate description of why you are requesting a return. If the product is defective, briefly recount the problem(s) you experienced. If you are returning an item for any other reason, please supply whatever information you feel may be pertinent. Simple notes help us process your RMA quicker.

 

Your remarks will not change the RMA type requested nor the procedure our Returns Department follows. Aminexus does not offer exchanges; we only refund or repair (replace). Please follow all rules outlined for the RMA type you have requested.

 

After having obtained an RMA number

All returned products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or your return will not be processed.

 

In order for Aminexus to effectively process your RMA request it is essential to include everything the product(s) shipped with. This may include but is not limited to: manuals, software, cables and the original packaging.

 

You must clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. If you send multiple RMAs in one box you must write each RMA number on the outside of the package. Please also be certain to carefully mark and separate the items in the box so our Returns Department can accurately process your RMAs.

 

Online RMA Terms:

  • Aminexus's online RMA application does not allow non-refundable/non-exchangeable merchandise or products beyond the applicable warranty coverage to be obtained.
  • Physical damage and/or physical modifications will void the warranty of any Aminexus product.  All physically damaged merchandise will be returned to the customer and the warranty will be null and void.
  • RMAs for refund/repair will be processed upon Aminexus's receipt of the product(s). Replacement merchandise will not be sent out until we receive your RMA'd item(s) and process the return. Refunds/credits will not be issued until Aminexus has received your RMA and processed it accordingly.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for processing once we receive your return. You will be kept up-to-date as to the RMA's status via email. 
  • If you selected an APO/FPO address as your return shipping destination, your replacement will ship via the USPS.
